Unit 30 Task 2 (M1)

Unit 30 Task 2

In this task I am going to add notes to my work that justifies my choices and evaluates the limitations of hardware and software that I have suggested.

Disadvantages of Hardware:

Printer: Printers can be rather expensive and need ink, paper and maintenance in order to work properly. Toners can also be rather expensive.
Scanner: Scanners are very expensive and also need a lot of maintenance which can also cost quite a fair amount, The glass could also have small imperfections that can affect the performance of the scanner. They are also usually quite large and can take up a lot of room space.
Digital Camera: Memory cards can corrupt, hard disks can break and they have a limited battery life. Pictures also cost to develop. SD cards are very easy to lose and can also break very easily. Camera lenses are very fragile which means they can scratch and break with ease.
Vinyl Cutter: Vinyl cutters are extremely expensive and require a lot of space to keep.
Monitor: The size and resolution may not meet the specific requirements.

Disadvantages of Software:

Illustrator: Adobe Illustrator requires training to be able to use it optimally and it also costs.
Photoshop: Like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop requires a good amount of training to use and it costs.
Photo Manipulation: This piece of software is not beginner friendly and be quite a task to learn how to use it properly,

  1. www: you met the deadline.

ebi: it's way too brief and you missed loads of points that have been talked about in lessons -

    Monitor (resolution and size)
Digital camera (Megapixels, SD card and lenses)
Scanner (size, glass imperfections/dust scratches and fingerprints)
Printer (toner costs, paper sizes/thickness, colour representation and printing to edge of paper)
Software (cost, training required and time to master)
Add some of these elements please.
